Faith Formation

RCIA - The Rites of Christian Initiation of Adults

If you would like to know more about Catholicism, or become a Catholic through the Personal Ordinariate, or you know someone who might, then you are most welcome to get in touch about our RCIA programme (RCIA = The Rites of Christian Initiation of Adults). It meets weekly at the Presbytery in Dianella on Sunday evenings at 5:00pm for Evensong, followed by a teaching and information session. Please contact Nigel McBain for more details. This group is also appropriate for those Catholics who are willing to accompany RCIA Candidates on their faith journey.

Signing up for Formed.org

Formed.org is a magnificent online resource for ongoing formation in the Faith. It contains catechetical resources and videos including Bishop Barron's "Catholicism" series, and also feature length movies about the Saints. It is well worth exploring, and has additional material for children and teenagers.

Formed.org programmes are able to be viewed on your television using Chromecast and other such casting devices. Check their website for more details.

The parish of Saints Ninian & Chad has teamed up with St Paul's Catholic Church, Mt Lawley, to make its subscription available to members of the Ordinariate Community. If you would like to receive instructions on how to get access to Formed.org, please open the PDF below and follow the steps.

* Please be careful to maintain a record of your password once you have signed up, because we are not able to help you if you lose it - you have to talk to the administrators at the website. So we highly recommend you write everything down as you go through the steps, and keep your password in a secure place for future reference if you need it.

Vocation: We are made for spousal love - made in the image of God.

Sister Bethany discusses love, the love that requires sacrifice, the love with which we love God and each other and how to discern your Christian vocation.
